Cerenity Solecki

 

I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida.  My sixteen-year record of customer satisfaction in real estate services, investments, developing and brokerage have rewarded me with my clients’ loyalty and have rewarded my clients with my trustful performance, my caring approach, and fulfilment of expectations.

 

My orientation of offering customer service started in 1978 when I was a retail store manager with Claire’s Boutiques.  In that large chain of stores I won several awards for achieving the highest increase in sales, and I ranked in the top 10% of store sales nationwide.

 

Later, I started two maid service companies in Ohio.  My clients were extremely satisfied with our quality of work, the businesses were successful and profitable, and they were sold prior to my transfer to Florida.

 

I have a “servitude” attitude and a desire to make people happy by exceeding their expectations. 

 

I have a large network of professionals that I have worked with and have known during my ten years of living in Northwest Florida.

 

My children are David 20 and Christopher 15.  They keep me busy and I think it is fun being a Mom.  We are members of Grace Lutheran Church; I am a member of the Board of Directors of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors; Member of Women’s Council of Realtors; volunteered at Sacred Heart Hospital Emerald Coast.

 

I am #7 of 10 children.  Our family has over 40 nieces and nephews, and my mother is doing great at age 83!

 

We love living in Northwest Florida blocks from the Gulf of Mexico.
